| Zhang lichao, vice-senior Chinese Physician， , graduated from Nanjing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine（now named Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine）at 1984, majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine. He had been engaged in medical work in Changzhou Chinese Medicine Hospital for 9 years, with professional title of resident Chinese Physician, attending Chinese Physician and associate chief Chinese Physician. Then he has been engaged in management work for 12 years, with a head of Reform Office and Office of Changzhou Chinese Medicine Hospital, a vice head of Science-Tech＆Education＆Culture＆Health Department of Changzhou People's Government Office. Nowadays he is the director of Changzhou Blood Centre, the Fourth Council’s managing director of Jiangsu Transfusion Association, a member of Jiangsu Transfusion Association Expert Database, a director of Changzhou Transfusion Expert Council and a member of the 14th People Representative Congress of Changzhou. He has published 15 pieces of academic papers and 3 professional books including “Cyclopedia of Chinese ancestral secret prescriptions”, “practical clinical treatment manual of Chinese traditional and Western medicine” and so on.

| Ma mingzhu, senior politic official, graduated from Party School of the CPC majoring in economic management. She has been engaged in Party's work for more than 20 years, with deputy director of organization section of Party committee of Changzhou Health Bureau and vice secretary of Party committee of Changzhou blood station. Now she is the secretary of Party committee of Changzhou blood station. She has published more than 10 theses such as “building advanced group image of Party members, continuously enhance Party organization attraction”. She gained the advanced individuals of organizational work、unified frontline work and Veteran Cadres work, gained the “excellent Party affairs worker of Changzhou” twice in 2004 and 2006 and gained the “advanced individual of mass spiritual civilization creation work” in 2006. |

Zhang jianwei, middle technician, graduated from Suzhou University majoring in clinical medicines. He is the Vice-director of Changzhou blood center, the Vice-director of Changzhou Clinic Testing center, the Vice-director of Jiangsu Clinical Transfusion Committee and the member of the Transfusion Committee of Jiangsu Medical Association. He has published more than 10 professional papers at or above provincial magazines. In 2002, he was awarded the third prize of Progress in Science and Technology of Changzhou. In 2004, he was awarded the first prize of Introduction of New Medical Technology of Changzhou Health Bureau. In 2007, he was awarded the 4th prize of Progress in Science and Technology of Changzhou. He is studying the project” Research on choosing platelet pheresis donor with the concept of ‘incorrect matching is permissible’ ” at present. |

| Ma ruzhen, accountant, graduated from Yangzhou Teachers College majoring in financial accounting. She has been engaged in accounting、audit operations and management work for many years , with a deputy general manager of Changzhou health industry head office and a deputy division chief of the division of auditing of Changzhou Health Bureau. Now she is the deputy station chief of Changzhou blood station and the standing director of Changzhou institute of internal auditor. She has published 3 theses, and her thesis “restructuring of enterprise and Internal auditing” gained the third prize of Jiangsu Province. She was regarded as advanced workers by Changzhou Auditing Bureau and Federation of Social Sciences Circle for several times. |
